It was above what I expected & it seems like we might be on the right track to determine the exact source of the problem. And possibly taking steps to address this problem where I can enjoy a much better quality of life.

Provider was a very good listener and understood my situation of acute episodes vs. Chronic pain. He took the time necessary to assist with an individualized approach. Short wait time, as well.

First meeting so not much details at this time.

At first the nurse came out and said we'd have to wait a hour to an hour and a half because he was in surgery. We asked if we could go and come back in an hour. That didn't seem to be an option. No one seemed to know what to do or have any answers other to say, that he would have all his other patients that were scheduled in a hour.....it all worked out when the nurse went back to check again on what to do, when she came back out and said Dr. Katamesh as back from surgery so they would call us in shortly. It all worked out and everything was timely, but there was that 5 minutes of anxiety. We have a 35 minute drive one way and I was really waiting to get the procedure done. I understand these things can happen.

Excellent doctor, nurses, NP, receptionists.

I was very pleased with the care and treatment I received regarding this medical experience. A big thumbs up to my medical provider.

It was my first visit with this Dr. So do not have a feeling one way or another. Having another visit next couple of days, so will have for knowledge for what to expect.
