Be on time. You expect patients to arrive early and if we are late we can't be seen. The doctors need to be on time and see patients within 15 minutes of their scheduled time. I waited 45 minutes to see her yesterday. The same respect needs to be extended to patients.

First time I've seen Dr Elahi and she was wonderful. She took time to listen to me and explained treatment. She's very kind and I felt much better and reassured after my visit. I've been ill for 6 weeks and hadn't been able to contact or see my usual providers in a timely manner.
