the customer service side of the advocate medical group/merrionette park facility and/or site is not great, associates are not friendly and do not respond in a pleasant manner when asked questions or finishing after appointment inter-actions would rather have someone more closely associated with this providers office when attempting to schedule additional appointment in relation to ongoing medical condition
