The doctor is fine. I had a 7:15 a.m. appointment and was texted to be there at 7:00. I Arrived at 5 to 7. The door was closed, lights were off. I could see a person in the office area where the person sits to check you in. I opened the door which was unlocked and went in. She looked surprised and said something like, we're not ready yet. I asked if I should sit down and she said yes. I asked if I could put the lights on. She said that would be good. She then put her gloves on and wiped down her station, came into the sitting area to fill her water holder, went back to computer and then called me up. In between, she told someone that the door wasn't locked. I'm sitting there wondering why I got up at 6:15 in the morning to come for an appointment that I had to wait many weeks for, and the office wasn't ready to start at 7:00, the time I was told to be there. Poor customer service in my opinion. There was a pumpkin on the end table and looked like some Christmas decorations on the table in the corner. Why? It was time for Spring and Easter! I left thinking that I will never take the first appointment again and that I don't have to be there 15 minutes ahead of time like they say. It only took 5 minutes or less to check me in. I had done the pre-check on line so I would be ready.
My Doctor is amazing and beautiful inside out she always tells me I can do better controlling my diabetes and I will continue to try. It's time to give my Doctor a raise and hopefully she won't retire no time soon.
Dr. Yasmeen always listens to my concerns and discusses the best plan for care. I am so grateful for Dr. Yasmeen and her team!
Nurse and doctor are good listeners and analyze my symptoms to determine what wrong with me. I got an excellent experience and thank you to my heart team taking care of me all the time.

Gave her 6 pages of notes from My Health Journal going back several months because can't remember everything as I see multiple Specialist. Glanced at. Didnt discuss Thyroid Peroxidase mine being at 3,722. Which is why I thought I was being sent to Dr. Yasmeen, Specialist. Endocrinologist. Bloodwork she requested I could have had done again with PCP. Would like Explanation as I will be messaging her directly in My Live Well App. Disappointed and a waste of time and money. Doctors ought to prioritize familiarizing themselves with patients Health History prior to visit and speaking with them.
I waited for over an hour in the lab for a blood draw. Seems everyone takes lunch at the same time. My time is just as important as anyone else's time
