I really like Dr Shah he's a very nice an explains things I need to know and his assistant great.

Dr. Shah informed me on my medical issues. He was matter of fact and gave me encouragement with my kidney failure

I don't usually have any problems with any of my doctors or nurse's, they're all great.

For all providers. Livewell must be improved to give EASIER communications (messages) to providers and their staff. The messages section is written with very confusing verbiage. Make it plain English. Patients need to think in "computerize" to figure out how to send a message to a doctor or nurse. Remember, you have many seniors that do not understand computers.

Just a good visit with my provider. My questions were answered.
