Not good, waited over an hour to be seen. Same thing last time. No explanation until I asked. Doctor spends 5 minutes with me so if that is the norm why an hour wait?

Too much waiting. Orders not signed cause delays. Nurse are great.
My complaint is that my virtual appointment was scheduled to start at 3 PM, I dialed in and joined the call at 2:55 PM, I waited one (1) hour before Dr Haider joined the call at 3:55 PM. I understand appointments run late, but I find it disrespectful that a nurse or someone did not dial into the call to let me know that he's running late.
Dr. Haider listened to all of my concerns and questions. I can tell he really cares about me as a patient and as a person. I am thankful for his caring, kindness, and concern. I think he works too hard though - he looked tired to me today.
They were way over booked for the staff on duty sat in the waiting room for over 1 and1/2 hours waiting to see the doctor

I waited for an hour and a half to see the doctor and he spent a total of 3 minutes with me.
Waiting took alot longer than I liked,over 1 hr.
