My diabetes is heavily influenced by my current job and its variety of work shifts. Not much I can do about that considering our current culture. All physicians need to be much more conscious of the shifting realities of the workplace. It's not so much 9 to 5 anymore. Additionally our current culture is woefully short of food options for diabetes, type 2 or otherwise. Not quite sure what you can do about that.
