It's nice to actually be seen early, as in before my scheduled time, once in a while! I understand some patients need longer appointments but I appreciate how well the staff use their time.

Suzette Lee was very helpful, respectful and listened. She explained what she was doing and why and followed up personally. Felt really good about seeing her.

Information prior to my lab work regarding whether my insurance would cover lead and cadmium testing would have been helpful and appreciated. Also, which of the two tests would be most important. Decisions without adequate information are just guesses.
