I've had a great experience throughout the process
No resolution about my concerns, just more tests and uncertainty. I caught stress from Dr. Many impressive diagnostic machines, communication not equal to the machines.
Dr Intan has been very competent and caring. She's been of great help monitoring my odd eye issues!
This was a consultation with a new provider.
Everyone was very attentive and everyone did their job very well. Thank you!
Doctors and Nurses were very good ? My only concern and complaint is the terrible Parking situation. My wife drives around the area and Parking structures for at least half a hour and if she's lucky, she might find a Parking spot. This ain't good Customer Service.
The tech and doctor were both very kind. They were patient and professional. I learned a lot.
Given the sudden development of my condition, the team worked diligently to get me seen asap. Also, given I was in considerable pain, the team member was very sensitive to my situation during the testing phase, very compassionate.
Care was excellent. Feedback- for any tech reminders, please state the building you are in-- Medical Building #1, #2, or #3. Staying the NeuroScience etc... was not enough. The building number is what is important. Thank you!
