The tech and doctor were both very kind. They were patient and professional. I learned a lot.
Given the sudden development of my condition, the team worked diligently to get me seen asap. Also, given I was in considerable pain, the team member was very sensitive to my situation during the testing phase, very compassionate.
Care was excellent. Feedback- for any tech reminders, please state the building you are in-- Medical Building #1, #2, or #3. Staying the NeuroScience etc... was not enough. The building number is what is important. Thank you!
The doctor was dismissive and made it seem like I was wasting her time. She didn't answer my concerns or questions, I learned more in her after visit note than I did in person. Very disappointing as someone who is concerned about health and was referred for answers by my primary care provider.

I don't understand why this doctor is in the neurological innovations department. I had high expectations for additional information on my disability from this appointment, but was unfortunately disappointed to find out that this was just a normal optometry appointment and the doctor had no idea about my diagnosis or pass history and made no attempt to Explain what she does or why she is performing the tests that were performed. I believe that this appointment was misleading and should not be charged to Medicaid. In the end, I was very disappointed and now believe Aurora is creating departments and specialties that don't exist In reality to increase profits from those who suffer from disabilities like myself and our desperate to find new treatment possibilities to improve quality of life or even possibly cure my disability. I would only recommend this doctor as an optometrist and would advise you remove her practice from the neurological department so as not to further confuse innocent victims like myself. This seemed like I was scammed or rather my Medicare dollars were scammed Bye false advertising and I'm surprised my neurologist did not realize this when I had requested the referral thinking. This was a neurological based Optometry appointment.
Dr Intan is superb! She is very thorough and explains things so nicely. Her staff is excellent. I forgot the name of the girl who got me all set for the exam, but SHE IS EXCELLENT and has a great personality!

A little difficult to understand the pronunciation of the language of the Doctor. The nurse, who did all of the exams, was friendly and accommodating.
