The provider was not patient with me and did not clearly describe what she wanted me to do. She would say my head was not straight and to put my head straight. But toe I thought my head was straight. Give me instructions to which way you want me to move my head to make it straight. Same with raising my eyes up or to the side more, I was trying and they just would not go any farther and she was admitt that I move them. I was getting frustrated. It seems she was not use to working with patients with brain injuries. We need more time to react and more patience to do things, we get frustrated easily. Don't get frustrated with me when I don't react or answer you instantly. We take longer to react and answer. And sorry my eyes were not moving the way you wanted them to, does not mean for the doctor to raise her voice at me and scold me that I am not following directions. I am only returning for a follow up to make sure my eyes are not getting worse. But if I am treated the same I will not return again.
