Dr. Hagnell was amazing. I was nervous to come in, but she made me feel SO at ease and explained every single thing she did. I really appreciate that she would show me an instrument, explain what it was and how it would be used, and then explain why she was using it. It made me feel so heard and understood. She spent a really long time talking to me and answering all my questions as well which was so appreciated. She was great:)
