NP Ward was timely. But I received an email 1 hour before my appointment which asked if I was there, on my way or not coming. I replied on my way as it appeared that they wanted me there early. They asked when I could be there and I said 10 minutes. I got there in 10 minutes and then waited 45 minutes until my scheduled appointment. What happened?
She is very thorough, and listens. She puts you at ease.
