Dr. Hamada and her staff were very nice and answered my questions fully. They were concerned for my comfort.

Dr. Hamada is a gem. She is patient, caring, and listens to you and offers sound medical advice. I do not like the new clinic on South Randall Road in South Elgin. It is a very cold and not people-oriented environment and layout. It has a high institutional feeling to it, no warmth or human elements. Added to this, many staff members at the front desk area do not introduce themselves by first name. That omission adds to the cold, impersonal feeling. Please address this.

I'm glad Dr. Hamada is no longer using the call center. I call her office to speak with a nurse or assistant as the call center is incapable of helping. They will take a message that never gets to the Dr's office. What a waste of manpower.
