I can talk with Dr. very easy and relaxing. I do not feel that she is in a rush. She listens very carefully.

I appreciate that Dr. Hamada takes her time and talks to her patients but it does put her behind schedule. I had an early morning appt and I waited 15 minutes in the waiting room and 30 in the exam room.

Dr Hamada and her staff go above and beyond to get questions answered whether during a visit or when phoned in or posted through MyChart. I may have waited a little longer to be seen than usual, but Dr Hamada never cuts you short during your time with her. She makes sure you leave with all of your questions answered.

I've been a patient of Dr. Hamada's for almost 20 yrs now, driving a distance I never thought I would to see her. She is so personal, kind and caring while maintaining her sharp, quick, professional mind. She is expeditious while not rushing through an exam. I don't know how she does it but Dr. Hamada's personality encompasses these many attributes all at once! I love Dr. Hamada!!

I have been Dr Hamada's patient for several years. My only complaint is her office staff. There doesn't seem to be a process in place to inform patients of test results and it seems they don't check the computer for information about the person before the appointment. Their lack of attention recently caused me to be hospitalized with sepsis. Fear and pain aside, the unnecessary out of pocket expense is over $1000. Dr Hamada is aware and has assured me she will address my concerns.

Dr. Hamada is a great provider for senior citizens. One can tell she is concerned and on top of her game with the challenges in the medical system. Not enough staff to support her.
