Great care. Kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and engaged. I felt listened to, and had all my issues addressed.
The new building and way you check in was great! Easy and doesn't cause you to wait in a room with a lot of people. It also frees up assistants. The fact that labs and X-rays can be done at the facility are also a plus. I also feel my phone call was taken and responded to much faster than before which is a great factor. All good!
Dr. Hamada is wonderful, kind and supportive. I really appreciate her and she made me feel very cared about.
The facility had so many rooms, why so many? Waited for dr for 40 minutes then got tired of waiting for assistant to schedule next appointment and I left.
