I have known Dr Shah for a very long time. She is my PCP. She's always kind, understanding and has helped me through many difficult situations. I wouldn't have any other doctor. She is the best.

I am so happy that I have someone who really cares about what her parents needs are and takes the time to make sure she keeps them informed about what ever they might have questions about I could not imagine having someone else to help me with my health care

The lab tech had gone for the day by the time of my appointment (5pm). The staff and doctor knew I had been fasting all day so they were so nice and had the nurse draw my blood so I didn't have to go back another day. They are all fantastic.

I propose that you should organize a drop box for specimen. It took me a lot of time to wait for delivering my specimen. At 11:25 today I brought my specimen, they asked me to sit and wait until 11:50 but nobody pick up, I had another appointment so I gave up, brought it back and came again at 3 pm and sat there and waited for 20 minutes to deliver it. It meant it took me 2 hours for this job since if you have a box available it only takes me 5 minutes. Hope that you will improve it to save your and my time. I am tired of waiting like that and got in traffic problem many times. It is not necessary to check id many times since you know exactly who am I and what you want me to be done. Thank you.

Dr shah has been my primary for 25yrs we have history I'm so blessed&thankful to have her she's a one&a million AWESOME DR she has&shows her concern for every one of her patients when I go into the office it's like I'm visiting a friend not my doctor SHE'S A KEEPER I LUV HER

Dr. Surbhi Shah is extremely well informed and caring. She follows through right away to provide needed medication and therapy. She answers questions and is an asset to her profession and patients.
