Was my first visit but was very pleased with all the staff very helpful and friendly starting with front desk to nurse to Dr. Made me feel very welcomed it being my first time definitely want to keep coming to this clinic.

My doctor is so personable and caring and thorough. She always listens and gives the best advice. I absolutely adore her.

I'm very much happy to have my new PCP Dr.Surbhi Shah. It has also made me happy, that Dr.Surbhi Shah is associated with Advocate Health Group. I have a long and happy association with Advocate Health Group.

I have been a patient for over 15 years will definitely keep seeing Dr. Shah for my health needs.

Dr Shah is an excellent doctor but some of the staff is lacking.
