Very happy with my Dr & office staff . Everyone is caring & competent . The appointments are on time .

I dislike your layers of bureaucracy when it comes to speaking with my doctor directly. I also hate your "hold" music.

Dr Shah is very nice. The biggest issue is reaching her office directly to schedule. The front desk was extremely helpful addressing my concerns for scheduling once I used the app. I was very appreciative of the return calls and fitting me in to their scheduling.

Everyone is friendly and respectful and helpful. Keep doing what you do. Keep up the good work. Blessings
