Excellent experience.
Doc and nurses were great. How ever, I was to get an ex ray downstairs, then after 15 minutes a guy said she would be longer and it would take an hour or so, and he said I could come back or go to another Advocate location. I had doc appointment the next day in Aurora and when I got there they had NO order for ex ray then said it had something to do with computers talking to each other, they tried to get it straighted out and could not. So I went on My Chart to start the converstions. I have spent at least an hour or more scheduling my ultrasound, that I asked them to do when I was there and they said I had to do it and would not help me, down in exray. They need more training on customer service and HELPING patients not making it more complicated. Through My Chart I was able to find out that they had the order in system and I could go to another location now. Wow I'm sure glad everyone has my best interest in getting healthy...I don't think so. Need more doctors and not letting doctors leave because of their employer. If I could change my insurance, I would, but I can't.

I went down stairs at the advice of the doctor to have labs done. It apparently was too close to 5pm (4:55) as they didn't want to do the work. It was easy to see that the staff was excited to be going home on a Friday & after several conversations about how it was too late plus staff was going to be inconvenienced I finally just said I would leave. The question becomes who was the most inconvenienced.
