It was frustrating. I was told I would receive a call at 3:30. I waited over 2 hours beyond that for a call. W didn't feel like I could do anything else that I needed to do because I was waiting on this call. Every time I go in person we wait in the waiting room or treatment room for a long time. It's aggravating.

I was hoping to find out how I could improve my lab numbers so I could hopefully improve my RA. Something other than my numbers are good. I'm never swollen or in pain when I go in or most of the time so I'm starting to wonder why I have to go in so much. I will confer with my primary.
