This was my first visit. Dr. John was excellent and clearly explained everything to me. I am happy that my primary physician referred me to him. The other staff were polite and helpful as well.
My Actemra infusion appointment was cancelled & I was not informed. It wasn't until I showed up for the appointment that I was told it was cancelled.
