1. Great opportunity to improve hand hygiene (only phlebotomy and x-ray compliance was 100%) 2. Staff not compliant with double patient identification except the two departments listed above plus registration. 3. New examination tables are a must - my table had ripped corners that looked dirty and really old. 4. Overall friendly environment and the experience was positive. 5. When sending patients to collect urine sample, let them know about the secret door in the bathroom to place the urine or at least make the sign above the space more visible. The taped up piece of paper is not very noticeable.

I logged on quick check in and it didn't work, still had two wait two check in not good!
