All personnel in this office are very helpful and caring.
I was told to come 15 minutes before my appointment. I did, and the checkin took about 2 minutes. Add the extra time there to the 20 minutes past my appointment time before the nurse came RCTO get me and you see I had about a 30 minute wait to get in. The nurse took about 5 minutes to get the information she needed and then I waited another 20 minutes before the doctor came in. To me, that's a lot of wait time!
Dr. Allaqaband was wonderful. He is so on point. He makes you feel very secure in his decision making. I know my heart is in the best care with him as my doctor.
When I first arrived I was told the Dr. may not be available, but then he become available in less then 30 minutes. Was somewhat confusing.
Dr. Allaqaband was very good at explaining everything to me.
I was with the doctors to discuss my upcoming surgery. We did not discuss diet or exercise at this time.
Transferring information from Ascension's My Chart to Aurora's Live Well has not gone smoothly. My insurance info did not transfer and the prepayment for my visit was over $700. Though I filled out all the information including images of my insurance card in Live Well to preregister for my appointment, I still had to contact financial services to reduce my prepay to the $35.
Good
