The only problem I have is that my appointments frequently get cancelled by the provider and have to be rescheduled. I was able to get in before my original appointment this time but sometimes its a month before I can get in. The scheduling person is not very nice either. She always seems crabby and doesn't even say hello when she answers the phone.
