This is not too much about the provider as it is your website. I am participating in a neurological balance center for some imbalance symptoms I've had after injuring an ear with loud noise. Some of these sessions they want to do virtual, which is fine with me because I have a fairly long drive. But your system in LiveWell just does not seem to wanna work right everyone there has worked on it and it will not hold the password. It constantly wants to change it accept the password they've written down for me and I can never get in for a virtual.

I always feel welcome and I do feel the medical staff is genuinely concerned with situation.
