Sue Hafemann is an Aurora treasure. She spends time with you and really cares. She does the little things concerning your care. You guys don't pay her enough!!!

I had my weight taken with my winter boots, winter coat and 8 pound purse.......in the hallway of the clinic. Why aren't we getting our weights done in the exam room?

Sue is a phenomenal PCP. I have been to other PCPs and I have felt that there was no direction in care. Sue on the other hand was prepared to plan and get things rolling. Over the past few months Sue and her team of nurses and MAs have been amazing with helping me with my paperwork, setting up appointments and sending me to the appropriate referrals.
