Dr Holcomb and his staff took the time to listen to me and explain things.

Doctors or nurses (or someone on hand during a visit) should know / have access to billing rates for procedures. When labs or x-rays are ordered, sometimes the patient has no way of knowing what that will cost or if it is covered by their insurance. Deciding these things while you are sitting in the exam room is not appropriate.

Dr. Holcomb and nursing staff are very professional and friendly.

Wonderful nurse, very personable. And Doctor, very helpful I received answers to my questions and new instructions on taking certain meds.

I appreciate that the doctor got tests ordered right away since I was going on vacation next week Was able to eliminate serious causes of my on going pain which was reassuring. Although the issue is unresolved, I chose to see how I feel on the next couple weeks to see if I will need morecare.

I'm at a crossroads concerning my health issues and there's no one I'd rather discuss my options with than Dr. Holcomb. He is so kind and listens to all of mine and my family's questions. Aurora is so lucky to have him!! I trust that he'll steer us in the right direction as we've never had to make these decisions before. We are scared and sad.

What was shared with me at this appointment could have been told to me over the phone. It was an appointment to get my prescriptions refilled and all of my prescriptions are staying the same. No blood work or nothing was done, so like I said - he could have told me this over the phone or just authorized them without me coming in!
