The building access is convenient and efficient

Dr Potts is very thorough in my visits about a host of issues regarding my health. He is also very caring physician.

Dr Potts is absolutely the best doctor. 3 out of 4 in our family see him. However, " the fishbowl" as I call the clark street bldg is awful. You can call your doctor. You can't leave a msg to ask someone to call back. The only means of communication is the stupid portal. I hate it. Advocate has taken away the personal patient relationships they used to have. We have been there 33 years and the client/ staff contact hence relationships is long gone. We could go elsewhere but we love Dr Potts . He is an A+ doctor and that caring relationship is hard to find. Our daughter is brain damaged. He is so good to her. She feels safe in his care.We stay for that reason.
