Dr. Potts is excellent in every way: he's extremely knowledgeable, a great diagnostician, always up-to-date on current research, patient, and kind. He knows his patients well and seems to genuinely care about them/their well-being. He has my highest recommendation.

Dr. Potts takes care of 3 members of our family. He is a special man and a wonderful doctor. I just hate that bldg. The fish bowl! I can't understand why the hospital can build a 60 million dollar hospital with private rooms why they can't provide offices for the doctors with staff. The telephone staff just doesn't always know how to handle the issue at hand.
