Support staff needs improvement. My last 2 appointments were double booked. MA is very unfriendly.

Before selecting this physician, I conducted research. The reviews I found online speaking to Dr. Kenzer's compassion, knowledge, listening skills was spot on. He took the time to know my medical history and develop a plan of action. His staff/nurses were welcoming as well.

My doctor is a very good person, who cares about people. That is why I love his care and treatment plan.

Dr. Kenzer is very professional and knowledgeable. He listens to me and is not judgmental. He offers suggestions like changes in medications if one isn't working. His staff is very friendly and helpful too.
