Dr Kenzer and his staff are very good about everything they do and are very helpful.

I do not like the new phone system that is sent to an outside company. I had to wait on hold a long time before someone answered. I had to repeat my request several times and then was still scheduled with the wrong doctor. I prefer to talk to my doctors office directly when making appointments to avoid getting the wrong doctor. You should change back to calling the office directly because it was more user friendly for the patients.

Very happy with my doctor

The care team at this office is very good and very nice. They are all very professional, but they make you feel at home in the office. I feel I am being listened to. I rarely like to recommend medical personnel to anyone else, but what I do instead is tell them about my experience in the office and leave it up to them. I think my experiences speak for themselves.

Dr Kenzer knows my medical history very well. He always takes time to listen to my concerns, and truly cares about my health

I have been suffering with gout for years and have wit with my primary doctor and a recommendation for a podiatrist that in turn recommended rheumatologist. This is the first time I feel confident this is going to be resolved.
