On time, sufficient time to talk with Dr

Dr. Hersh is a great doctor and communicated the best of any doctor I have ever seen. He knows his patient (me) very well, and I'm sure that is his norm! All of his patients are fortunate to have him as their doc!!

I would have felt more comfortable if additional testing was done. Other than that everything was great.

We had a problem when we tried calling the office. I started calling at 9:00 am. I did not get to talk to a live person until 4:30 pm. I was on hold all day long. It was very aggravating! When I finally got through, the person told me that they are short staffed. This is very unacceptable!!!
