The provider couldn't give me accurate info due to the audio hearing test wasn't proforma correctly, so he rescheduled for another testing

Dr. Romeo explained everything to me very well and answered all my questions.
The nurse who "checked me in" was very pleasant and "timely". I appreciated the personal nature of the PA who was attending the appointment. I spent more time waiting for the doctor (following the nurse check in) than I did with the doctor.

Useless! Said he could not help me. Seamed to be in a hurry. Did not spend any time looking at printed info from Cleveland Clinic that my husband found online.

Dr. Romeo and all of his staff were very kind and professional. Dr. Romeo, the PSR's and nursing staff treated me very well and took as much time needed to answer all my questions. I nevere felt rushed. Pt care was excellent!
Excellent visit starting with check in. Dr. Romeo had a great bedside manner!
Dr was very attentive but I was disappointed with the Dr being late for the appointment 8:30 appt. Was told to be there by 8:15. I checked in at 8:13. Taken to the exam room 8:20. At 8:50 I went to the nurses station asking how much longer. Dr came in at 8:55 appointment complete by 9:04 My time is important too
