I really appreciate all that everyone does to help with scheduling and planning for my up coming surgery.

My only complaint was that my wait to get in for my appointment was over 30 min. I realize that happens at times. I did have a book to read so it wasn't horrible.

Dr. Nystrom surgery made life more tolerable, feel like never had hip problems, life is better now.

The check in was a bit strange as the girl was not very friendly and Even though my insurance has been on file for quite a while and I also gave her My insurance card, she said it wasn't enough. I was confused and so is my insurance company as I contacted them. She also asked me for my copay as I was sitting out in the waiting room for others to hear. I didn't know I had a copay according to my conversation with my insurance company so I told her I would mail it in. She even questioned that. But the doctor and the nurse were excellent and took great care of me. They went above and beyond.

I wasn't sure what to expect. As this was a 1st time visit to Dr Nystrom's office. From the moment I checked in to the time I left, everyone introduced themselves, were kind, explained what they were going to be doing, etc. I worked in healthcare for 33 yrs. So important to make the patient know your name, what your role is in their healthcare, and to explain exactly what is going to take place. Make them feel like they are a priority. I always went by the saying.."treat other's the way you would want to be treated." Still do! All is all a great 1st impression! Keep up the good work!

My experience was positive, helpful and reassuring. I couldn't have asked for a more kind and thoughtful doctor. I would recommend him to anyone considering orthopedic surgery.
