The issue/procedure was explained, thoroughly, in laymen's terms as well as medical terms ... BUT ... not in a condescending way ... The surgeons' words left me with a feeling of relief and confidence in his, as well as the Aurora system to treat the condition to a successful outcome ...........

I am 100% glad they did not talk to me about eating healthy or preventing injury if me answering those as no is a bad mark. The staff and doctor were all top notch on everything

This was my first visit to this doctor. The staff made me feel very comfortable as this health concern is not one I like to talk about. The phone system makes talking to anyone impossible. Leaving a message with a operator is very uncomfortable.

Came to this office for as muscle biopsy. Was a little nervous however, was treated with care and concern. This calmed all my fears and was given information so that I was not nervous when procedure was over. .

The person in front of my appointment need a lot more attention then the doctor thought and that was why the wait for my appointment was long. However they all felt very bad and each apologized to me. They did do a wonderful job.

I was very comfortable with Dr Kmecak. He put me at ease about my surgery. He explained everything very clearly.
