Stephanie is a knowledgeable, caring, kind, and courteous PA. I was really impressed how well versed in my health problems, and took action immediately to request several procedures and tests to find out exactly what's going on inside me. I highly recommend Stephanie!!!!!
Frustrated Why do I have to wait for the procedure until I no longer have the problem?
I was on camera for the video visit, but the PA wasn't. I would have felt more comfortable if we were both on camera.
I am grateful for her help. She definitely had taken time before the appointment to gather a plan and knew my history very well. There were some delicate topics she handled kindly and that is very appreciated. Aurora's system for the video visit was not operational despite my using the check system the day before to make sure things would go smoothly as I was very anxious about this appointment and I wish that Aurora would take a look at this so no one else goes through this. The appointment I had may have been better done in person or video rather than phone call. Either way I think the provider handled it well and things did get accomplished. I am still not quite sure about when they call for scheduling. The provider was exceptional. I hope this organization recognizes her worth.
The visit was rushed and i didn't feel that all of my concerns were addressed/ acknowledged
Stephanie McCullough PA and her nurse were very kind and caring. Stephanie was very attentive and accommodating to my concerns, and she explained very thoroughly what to expect for future planning of health treatment, care, and services. She made sure I was comfortable and gave me options. She's one of the nicest and most understanding PAs I have ever met with. I was very nervous but she and her nurse calmed my nerves. Stephanie is wonderful and I trust her.
Stephanie McCullough PA is terrific!!! We came away understanding what needs to be done.
Good experience
Stephanie was so great! She really got into detail about my issues, and was very caring. I absolutely enjoyed my visit!
As with most providers, it would be beneficial to take a few minutes to study the patient's information file before meeting the patient, not during the meeting, which would help to focus on the patient, not the computer, during the meeting.
