I had to wait more around 18 mins for my 12:20 appointment. Lunch time? Was originally a 2:45 appt. But got a call that AM to change to an earlier time which was convenient for me that day. So after a 15 min. wait I checked with the receptionist to be sure the time change was known It was. Then in about 3 more mins I was called in. Just wanted to mention the wait since this is very unusual for my every 3 month appointment.
