The reason I hadn't talked to anyone is because I was sick when my four month appointment was and I had to reschedule my appointment. I always have trouble getting on the pre-sign in app. It's so frustrating I don't even bother doing it anymore.

All team members were courteous, efficient, and focused on goals of visit.

Stephanie NP and her crew are all great when I come for my appointments. Stephanie is very attentive, knows I am a retired RN and works hard to make sure "we" always come up w/a plan for me. She respects my suggestions and ideas and together we have worked out a plan that has been working well for me, tweaking it as needed w/time. I enjoy her personality and passion for her job.

I am grateful to have care providers that are willing to listen to me when I need to advocate for myself and take into consideration of what I've said and help work with me for the best solution between what I've made them aware of and the medical advise they've given.
