I was a bit confused over how to handle my health issue that I was seen for but most of my concerns were talked through and given the information I needed to deal with this issue. Learning about some of these issues are a bit scary and at my age, I don't always know what to ask and how much to ask regarding them. But for the most part my concerns were well handled and I feel I can go back for more info if necessary. I wasn't rushed through and it is only because this was a scary problem I was dealing with, that I felt a bit confused but I feel the info I was given and the follow up as well, were done to comfort, reassure, and help me deal with this issue. I was pleased.
Stacey is very knowledgeable and professional. She answers all questions and concerns clearly. This was my first visit with her. She made me feel comfortable and was easy to talk to. She gave me a precise plan going forward.
I agreed with everything Stacey said based on her description of the possible diagnosis for my condition. She provided me with exercises to do at home to help relieve the pain and heal the tendon. I no understand the difference between bursitis tendonitis and arthritis. I needed a diagnosis in order to help myself find ways to relieve the pain and heal the area.
