Dr. Bathula listened to me patiently and answered my questions. He had good suggestions to try and alleviate my discomfort. He made me feel confident that he understood my concerns and I am looking forward to the medication he prescribed.

I have been seeing Dr. Bathula for about 3 years. His staff is always friendly and accommodating. He is always concerned about my pain level and is now helping me get off of prednisone. I like him as a doctor.

I told him if it didn't work I would let him know and he said that was ok.

When the doctor has an injection that is needed. The office calls you to or the patient to call and schedule.. which is ok but when you call no extension was provided. Then you end up talking to the nurse and the scheduler due to they need to know what tests where taken and the levels. So inefficient. I was told they are not on the same program. Maybe this can be fixed!
