Through some error of misunderstanding, I arrived for my appointment on the day I believed to be the assigned date. Upon arrival I was told that I had missed my appointment two days earlier. The staff was very considerate and went out of their way to accommodate me so that I would not have to reschedule. I am sincerely grateful for their consideration.

Dr. Bathula and his staff are amazing. I've never had any issues with him or his nurse. My issues are with Aurora Advocate. Your systems and staff continue to get poorer with horrible customer service. Honestly, if I didn't have a good relationship with my excellent doctors and their staff I would go somewhere else, even if that means me driving to UW health in Madison. The difference in how your two organizations are run is incredible, with Aurora coming in way behind. You need to do better! Again, I want to reiterate, I have no issues with the doctors and their direct staff - they are amazing.
