I had a difficult time completing my X-ray and lab work at this location. When I checked in for my X-ray, I waited 20 min without being seen. I inquired at the desk, and they informed me that they had me scheduled accidentally at the Grafton location. They then fixed the error and completed the X-ray. Once my x-ray was finally completed, I was waiting to have my lab work completed. Again, I waited 20 minutes without being seen. So, I inquired at the desk. They informed me I had to recheck in just to get my labs done. They fixed the problem and I was able to get my lab work done. I ended up being in the clinic for 45 minutes to complete a simple chest x-ray and lab draw. I feel that the system regarding lab work and x-rays needs to be looked at to make the process more efficient for your patients.

My weight was recorded as 234# when it really is 208# I didn't notice this until I had my AVS and was in the car. Probably should be corrected?

Just the usual checkup I've had for a while. Nothing really new other then improvement from new medication.

I have had several rheumatologist in the past. I like Dr Bathula, which I cannot say about other rheumatologists. He listens and does not push medications.
