Not only does he not seem to listen to my symptoms (even when they change/are different than previous visits, I waited about 30 mins past my appt time to be seen & he never even assessed new shoulder area of increased pain. Furthermore, I am very irritated that it took him about a month to sign a piece of paper for my short term disability and now that it has been trying to transition into long term, he didn't respond/send in required paperwork that was fax & email requested from him about 6 weeks ago. Due to it not being done on time, my claim was denied & I now have to start the process over again!

Dr Spencer Kirk is extremely patient and treats with utmost care. His pleasant demeanor and detailed explanations added to my comfort level. His prescription has helped me in a big way . The assistant was very good too so is the front desk staff. If i have to suggest anyone this medical center and Dr Kirk would top the list .
