The nurse was short with me when she called to schedule me for plugs. She was agitated because I felt I wasn't getting my answers to questions responded to. She repeatedly told me how Dr. Rogers was squeezing me in. I totally appreciate that fact but the tone she sent on the phone was rude and off putting. I'm the one who is suffering and looking for answers. I deal with patients on a daily basis and that is not the tone you want to set forth.
