Dr Spencer Rogers responds to and provides full explanations to all my questions . He is very professional which gives me confidence in his competence. I get most of my health conditions addressed at Froedtert but I will always continue to see Dr Rogers as long as he practices at Aurora.
The assistant who worked with me was very good and appeared very knowledgeable.
The Doctor and rest off staff were friendly and respectful. It was however the most uncomfortable chair positioning related to equipment being used. I have neck and shoulder issues and I could barely hold the position as it was painful. I have never experienced that before at other eye or other doctor's offices. Nothing was offered to make it more comfortable. Maybe the chair was not adjustable? Definitely would not want to go through it that way again. I couldn't hold the cards over my eye and keep position..worst eye exam I have had. I didn't think I would be this honest..I apologize. It is true however.
