Overall I was pleased.

I felt as though Dr. Rogers was very thorough with my exam, finding the problems I had.

Everyone in the office including the receptionists were very friendly and helpful. At no time did I feel rushed. I had an eye injection and thought I had a serious side effect. I called the office and they had me come in immediately. Fortunately nothing serious had happened.

The nurse was short with me when she called to schedule me for plugs. She was agitated because I felt I wasn't getting my answers to questions responded to. She repeatedly told me how Dr. Rogers was squeezing me in. I totally appreciate that fact but the tone she sent on the phone was rude and off putting. I'm the one who is suffering and looking for answers. I deal with patients on a daily basis and that is not the tone you want to set forth.

Dr. Rogers and his technician were very thorough and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns.
