Pleasant visit to Aurora ....Doctor was very informative, and took time to explain my condition.

The ophthalmology technician saw me promptly and was very efficient in performing all the testing. The ophthalmologist ran a bit late, and the front desk receptionist had difficulty scheduling follow-up appointments due to a problem with the scheduling system. It ended up taking 10-15 minutes to schedule two appointments.

Very pleased and impressed with the quality of care rendered.

Due to a very large number of patients the wait was longer than usual, still every effort was made to insure that people were seen, their issues treated timely, NOT RUSHED I believe that the doctors and staff need to be commended. Any criticism staff may receive is not their fault, they really do their best. Please pass this on to the Opthomolgy Department
