A good experience. I feel in very good hands.
My records were miss placed So I was in room waiting for 45 minutes someone could of checked on me.
Dr. Rogers managed to fit me into his busy schedule to treat my problem, and I am very appreciative.
Dr. Rogers' assistant was outstanding as was he
Dr Rogers and his staff are professional and competent. His technician did all of the pre-exam work up in an expert manner, explaining what she was doing along the way. Dr Rogers is friendly, and open to questions. He has handled my eye care for a couple of years now. I feel very safe in his hands. I would not hesitate to ask him a question or to go to him for a complicated eye related procedure if that became necessary.
Receptionist was very brusk, never acknowledged that I was standing there, was very engrossed in her computer. Just rude. Handicapped, elderly woman after me received the same treatment. Aurora's receptionists have become so rude. Much different than when I worked there.
It's been a process for me to understand that the cataracts are what's causing my eye issues. I understand that the decision to have surgery is up to me. I just don't know how to determine when to have the surgery. If I have questions I know that I can call.
Everyone is friendly and interested in your concerns. They are thorough and regimented in their approach to assessing your health and treatment.
I have always been impressed with the staff and Dr. Rogers. They are all friendly and professional.
I am a big fan of Aurora and everyone who works there
