I would like there to be more doctors who speak Spanish. It is very difficult for me to make an appointment with my primary care doctor at an acceptable time when I am in a lot of pain and there are no upcoming appointments. I had to make an appointment with another doctor but she was more concerned about telling me "that she was no longer my primary doctor and that I should make an appointment with her to have a procedure for my condition." I had already consulted with a doctor in a video call appointment but he still sent me to my MDC which the next available appointment was in more than a month. As I said, it is a very long wait to be with pain that affects me in my daily life. The walk in clinics do not have a schedule that fits my work schedule. After this experience I will seriously think about whether I should reconsider the values that Advocate claims to have. Advocate leaves a lot to be desired. It seems that Advocate is failing to have doctors who truly have the well-being of their patients as a priority before the policy that it is more important that the care is provided by the primary doctor.

Never see Dr. Zamudio on time! Always at least a 30 minute wait after the scheduled time of my appointment. My referral/ order for blood work is not always in the system that makes me wait or come back another day!
