Surprised there was no wraps in the office for my foot. And still surprised that I gave not heard about my X-ray results after 24 hours.
Dr. Kim was on time, listened to me, and quickly assessed and treated my issue. I was worried I wouldn't be able to get help before the weekend but she totally helped me and I felt so much better within 1-2 days.

Dr. Kim ordered lab and an EKG. I waited 45minutes after the lab work when I went to the desk. The person who checked me in didn't check me in for the EKG. There were not many people in the waiting area. I thought one of the desk people would have come to ask what I was waiting for.
Our Doctor's don't spend enough individual time with us as they seem to care more about the time in our room than talking and spending more time with us.. Their bedside manners is something of the past.

I waited 3 months for this appointment and received no medical attention. She criticized all of my answers to her questions. Stated she could not help me. I asked multiple times what she could do to help me and she said she would speak to my primary doctor, yet my primary was the one who referred her to me. This appointment was a complete waste of my time. Made me feel like a waste of space on this earth.
Dr Kim was the first doctor who really listened to my concerns. I have been trying to find a solution for years, she was kind and listened intently.
