Dr. Kim was VERY attentive and understandable, going out of her way to do all that she could to help me. It's easy to see that she is passionate about her desire to be present and to help her patients attain their goals.

The wait to actually see the doctor was ridiculous. We are asked to get there 15 minutes ahead of the appointment (I did). Then I waited over 20 minutes to even be seen by a nurse, before waiting for ten minutes in the waiting room to be seen by the doctor. That is a lot to ask of someone on a work day. The excuse was "the doctor really takes her time with her patients." Okay then account for that when booking the appointment so that the doctor isn't "running behind" and the patient isn't rushed. This isn't exclusive to just my most recent visit, this happens every time and with every doctor I see at this Aurora location. For what I'm expected to pay to even see a doctor, this is stupid. If I treated my clients this way in the business world, if this happened when a Wall Street tycoon made a trade or someone waited at a restaurant, there would be discounts and compensation for the wait time. Healthcare in this country is discussing enough, account for proper time to see the provider at the time of the scheduled appointment.

Dr. Kim reviewed my lab work with me and explained results. She provides much information about healthy lifestyle.
Provider is consistently late. I was on zoom 5 min early for my appt. I was called 15 min after my appointment time asking if the Dr could see me in another 15 min. I said no because I had another appt. Then in my avs the md charted that she was only 8-9 min behind and that I had left. Falsely documenting the reason the appt was cancelled.
Dr Kim is an excellent doctor. She knows my medical history and is always seeking to provide me the best care possible. I am very satisfied to have her as my Primary Care physician.
